• Delivery by courier in Moscow / MO - from 118 rubles
• Delivery by Russian Post upon prepayment of the order - from 300 rubles
• Delivery by CDEK company on prepayment of the order at the company's tariff - from 300 rubles
• Wholesale orders are delivered for a fee (by courier in Moscow / Moscow Region, CDEK and Russian Post - at the carrier's tariffs)
• Sending to the regions by carrier companies is carried out the next day after receiving payment for the order.
• Delivery in Moscow and the region is carried out the next day after placing the order.
• Self-delivery of orders 7 days a week, from 10:00 to 18:00 - free of charge. Please coordinate the composition of the order with the manager in advance.
• Order processing from 9:00 to 21:00 daily.
You can choose any transport company of your choice, for this, when placing an order, indicate the data of the company you have chosen. When choosing a transport company, make sure that in your city (settlement) there is a transport terminal of this company. Information about the location of terminals and tariffs for the services of transport companies can be found on the website of selected transport companies. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment, dimensions (length*width*height).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
After completing the order and transferring it to the carriers, the company is not responsible for:
• safety of goods;
• loss of goods;
• time of delivery of goods;
• place of delivery of goods;
• other additional conditions of the contract are borne by the carrier.
Attention! The transport company (carrier) is responsible within the declared value of the shipment; by default, the declared value of the shipment is 100 rubles. If you want to declare a different value of the shipment, you must specify the desired amount when placing an order. An increase in the declared value of the shipment leads to an increase in the cost of the carrier's tariff, you can check the cost of sending with the carriers. You can also arrange insurance for your cargo; you need to inform the manager about the need for cargo insurance when placing an order. Exchange and return of products of good quality
The seller guarantees that the buyer within 7 days from the date of purchase of the goods can reject the good quality product if:
• the product has not been put into operation and has a marketable appearance, is in a package with all labels, and there are also documents for the purchase of the product;
• the product is not included in the list of products of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
The buyer has the right to exchange goods of good quality for another trade offer of this product or another product identical in value or for another product with an additional payment or refund of the difference in price.
Exchange and return of products of inadequate quality
If the buyer finds defects in the goods after its purchase, he may demand a replacement from the seller. The replacement must be made within 7 days from the date of the request. In the event that an examination is appointed for the compliance of the goods with the specified standards, the exchange must be made within 20 days.
Refunds
The refund period depends on the type of payment that the buyer initially chose. In case of cash payment, a refund is made no later than 10 days after the buyer submits a request for a refund. The value of the goods is credited to the customer's card, if a cashless payment was used, occurs immediately after receiving a request from the buyer. When using electronic payment systems, the refund is made to the electronic account within 10 calendar days.
